Frequently asked questions
What do I need to rent?
An ID or passport and a valid driving licence (A2). Minimum driver age: 23. We check them at pick-up.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is €300, paid at the office and separate from the rental. It is returned when you hand the vehicle back as agreed. Where “Deposit insurance” is offered you can pay it online instead of leaving a deposit.
Can I cancel?
Only if you chose Premium insurance (usually €2 per day): then you can cancel up to 48 hours before pick-up. Without Premium the booking cannot be cancelled.
How is a rental day counted?
You are charged per 24 hours from the pick-up time. Any extra time counts as a new day.
How many kilometres are included?
It depends on the vehicle and is shown under “Kilometres”. You can add a mileage package or unlimited kilometres where offered.
Can I pick up outside opening hours?
Yes, for an extra fee per pick-up or return. You see it in the price before you book.
